Purchasing Process

• Once you have found the product you want, please, click on ‘ORDER BY MAIL’ and write to us indicating the product and the number of units you need, as well as your contact details and delivery address.
• We will send you an email with the final price after adding the shipping costs and with the bank details to make the payment by bank transfer.
• Once we receive your payment, we will send you the product and a confirmation email with the transport information.

Prices

All prices include VAT and are expressed in euros (€), unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs will be added to the price of the product according to the destination and the characteristics of the order.

Product availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If there are supply difficulties or if the product is out of stock, we will inform you upon receipt of your purchase order.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

Conditions for a Refund

• The products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
• DVDs or Blu-rays that have been unsealed, i.e. no longer have the original cellophane wrap, cannot be returned, unless they have manufacturing defects.

How to Make a Return

• Please, contact us by e-mail at shop@arsvideoproducciones.com indicating your order number and expressly requesting the return before the expiry of the 14 calendar day withdrawal period.
• Pack the product in its original cardboard and send it to the address we will provide you with. You have 14 days to do this from the time you have requested the return.
• The management and shipping costs of the return shall be borne by the customer.
• Once we have received and verified the condition of the goods, we will proceed to reimburse you the full amount. The refund will be made by the same method of payment: bank transfer to the account from which the payment was made.

We recommend that you keep the proof of return shipment, as it will help us to track the package.
